Nestled among lush tropical palm trees, you will enjoy your own shaded patio and a private gated entrance, making it an ideal retreat for your Hawaiian getaway.

The location is perfect for those who want to explore both Kailua Beach and Kailua town, as you can easily walk to either destination within 10 minutes. You will also have access to dedicated off-street parking for up to 2 cars, ensuring your convenience during your stay.

Your comfort is paramount in the well-appointed bedroom, featuring a brand new split air conditioner and vaulted ceilings. The stylish bamboo furnishings include a queen size bed and a double futon couch that converts into a bed, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. For additional visitors, air mattresses and futons are available upon request.

Stay cool and connected throughout your visit with ceiling fans and complimentary high-speed wireless internet. The split air conditioning unit is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the entire space. Enjoy entertainment with a flat-screen TV equipped with cable channels including HBO and SHOWTIME.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything needed for meal preparation: pots and pans, cutlery, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, electric tea kettle, rice cooker, electric frypan, toaster oven, coffee maker, along with dishes, glasses, and spices.

The bathroom features a full bathtub and comes stocked with bath towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Holiday Palms is the sole rental unit on the property, with the owners residing on-site. It has its own private entrance, while the kitchen shares a common wall with the main house to provide additional privacy.

Please note that certain dates may be blocked for routine maintenance, so feel free to inquire about availability even if the calendar shows unavailability. In compliance with Honolulu vacation rental regulations, we only accommodate one party within any 30-day period, meaning that the unit will remain reserved for a total of 30 consecutive nights surrounding your booking, regardless of occupancy duration.

Additional amenities include paper towels, cleaning products, and basic toiletries. For your beach adventures, we provide beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrellas, and coolers.

Your security is important to us; hence, external surveillance cameras are installed in the carport and backyard areas of the owner's residence, though none are present near your unit. Feel free to reach out regarding early check-in or late check-out options!
